LOADMASTER BED SYSTEM WARRANTY
Limited Warranty
LoadMaster warrants to the original purchaser that its Bed System will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase, and is properly installed on the original vehicle by an authorized LoadMaster dealer. When used for commercial applications, the warranty period is three years. Loadmaster weight capacities are designed for evenly distributed weight.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Decking material
- Carpet
- Customer modifications
- Driving while system is extended
- Overloading weight capacity
- Misuse, impact, or normal wear and tear
- Installation not performed by an authorized LoadMaster dealer
Warranty Limitations:
The warranty set forth above is exclusive, and no other warranty, whether written or oral, is expressed or implied. LoadMaster Bed Systems specifically disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event will LoadMaster Bed Systems or its suppliers be liable to you for any consequential or incidental damages, or for any claim by any party, even if a representative of LoadMaster Bed Systems or its suppliers has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Service and Support:
If you require warranty work, deliver your Bed System to an authorized LoadMaster Bed System dealer for inspection. Proof of purchase must be presented and warranty registration verified by the dealer and LoadMaster Bed Systems prior to authorization of warranty work. The original bill of sale matched with the registration on file with LoadMaster Bed Systems constitutes proof of purchase.
Repairs done under this warranty will be done either at an authorized LoadMaster Bed Systems dealer or, at our option, returned to the factory for repair or replacement.
